I know women and their challenges in life very well. I have a wealth of knowledge and insights from decades behind the chair in the salon, as well as lots of life lessons. I have something very special to share with you!
It starts with collaborating with women over 50…. As your coach, I will help you create a vision for the best that is yet to come. Together, we navigate your way into living joyfully; feeling vibrantly alive, knowing who you are, what you stand for, and why. You are a women who wants to have impact. I help you become visionary for your life. I collaborate with you to get balanced so that you feel grounded and empowered. I love strategizing ways for you to take care of yourself and be in the best shape of your life, get spiritually connected, and at peace with yourself and others.
Why is this important? Because living life parked or idling is not being fully alive! Become all that you are capable of by continually learning and have new awareness of options that you perhaps never considered before.
It looks different for each of you. Some of you may be navigating through a divorce or a life threatening illness, caring for aging parents or a spouse. Others may want to build an empire or conversely, focus on the simple things in life. Perhaps you’ve been so busy working or taking care of the needs of others you’ve let yourself go and weigh loss and fitness have become a goals that seems impossible at this point. I will help you become more intentional in your relationships; where you choose to spend time with the ones you love most. I will teach you how to use your creativity and be playful, to take a step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. I will also show you how to use your talents in the community around you to serve. Because serving others feels really good!
Women I coach wouldn’t trade in their well earned laugh lines to be younger because you have recognized how powerful you are from years of collected wisdom and becoming content with who you are. And yes, not only are you enough, you are so much more!!!!
