Advanced responded the same day as my request. They answered my questions about few inclusions and exclusions in a very straightforward manner. Subsequently, I found out that Sony was willing to cover the repair under warranty. Had they not I would have hired Advanced.

Was not there for our appointment. We drove fifty miles for no help at all. Someone later called and apologized for the mixup on my appointment. They knocked down the price for diagnostics and advised me that my six year old TV could be repaired, but the cost for replacement parts was such that I could purchase a new TV approximately the same size for around the same price.

In a nutshell without writing a book. We had two televisions go out and quit working around the same time plus our home speaker system quit as well with no sound on the upper and lower levels of our home. We also wanted a weatherproof television outside around our pool. We found this establishment on a website called Thumbtack and Instead of hiring multiple contractors we hit the jackpot with these guys! They came to our home and took care of every issue in a very efficient and affordable manner. We didn't have to go out and replace any of the tvs or the sound system. They got it all working and i mean all of it. Plus they did the electrical wiring and setup the tv on a protected line in our pool house which looks spectacular. We are very satisfied with these guys and highly recommend them and their work.

We had a very extensive insurance claim to deal with due to issues with our electronics " multiple tv's" which were damaged by our cable box equipment. This place really helped us out and made the whole process easy for us. We will recommend them to anyone.

We will then call you with a estimate and if you decide to do the repair then that $50.00 comes back off of the final repair bill. House call charges vary depending on location and type of job.
