I submitted my information and within the hour I received a message from RED Computer Service. I had previously went to Apple and was told that they wouldn't even try to look at my MacBook. I was informed that sending my MacBook off due to accidental liquid damage was a flat fee of $755 even with Apple Care. RED Computer Service was only open until 5:00 pm, and initially I was only going to take my MacBook. After talking to him he told me my MacBook would take a few days to be able to evaluate the damage. I previously had an HP that was giving a blink code and would not turn on and he said to bring it with me as well. He thought he could go ahead and fix it the same day. I rushed home to get my HP and arrived at his store at 4:45pm. I had already told him I was going to be pushing 5:00 pm and he told me that he would still look at the HP when I dropped the MavBook off. He stayed until 6:45 pm and fixed my HP since I desperately needed a working computer so I could finish work. He truly made my day and his customer service was impeccable. He even followed up with me Saturday night to make sure my HP was working properly. If you ever need computer repair he is the guy to call!!!

I could not be more pleased with the work John did on my computer. He truly cares about the customer and their needs. I had an issue with the computer freezing up on me and he was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs computer help.

My daughter spilled Dr.Pepper in her MacBook Air. I thought it was a total loss or going to be to expensive to repair. I was wrong Red Compter Service was a life Saver and money saver! John was great he fixed the computer for a low cost and it works great!! I would definitely recommend this computer service for all your computer repairs!!

I installed windows 10 and problems started. Became unbearable so I asked RED Computer Services to look into the issue. They were able to restore my computer to prior to windows 10 but response was still very slow. Two additional attempts the found a virus that had been installed on the laptop and causing the problems. So far there have been no re-occurrences of the slow down (4 hours after I picked up my machine).
