I had a great experience with Red. Customer Service got right back to me in regard to my laptop issue. Service was handled in a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend to anyone with computer issues.

I submitted my information and within the hour I received a message from RED Computer Service. I had previously went to Apple and was told that they wouldn't even try to look at my MacBook. I was informed that sending my MacBook off due to accidental liquid damage was a flat fee of $755 even with Apple Care. RED Computer Service was only open until 5:00 pm, and initially I was only going to take my MacBook. After talking to him he told me my MacBook would take a few days to be able to evaluate the damage. I previously had an HP that was giving a blink code and would not turn on and he said to bring it with me as well. He thought he could go ahead and fix it the same day. I rushed home to get my HP and arrived at his store at 4:45pm. I had already told him I was going to be pushing 5:00 pm and he told me that he would still look at the HP when I dropped the MavBook off. He stayed until 6:45 pm and fixed my HP since I desperately needed a working computer so I could finish work. He truly made my day and his customer service was impeccable. He even followed up with me Saturday night to make sure my HP was working properly. If you ever need computer repair he is the guy to call!!!

Picked up computers at my home . I am disabled and do not drive. Fixed the computers in a timely manner. Delivered the computers to my home. Excellent work.

Computer would not boot. They determined it was the hard drive. Chose to not repair and they reasonably saved my files in a timely manner. They were courteous and knowledgable. I would use them again.

I installed windows 10 and problems started. Became unbearable so I asked RED Computer Services to look into the issue. They were able to restore my computer to prior to windows 10 but response was still very slow. Two additional attempts the found a virus that had been installed on the laptop and causing the problems. So far there have been no re-occurrences of the slow down (4 hours after I picked up my machine).
