I offer skilled chef services designed around your specific needs and wants, whether it be private culinary lessons or cooking for a small group.
I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate with 30 years knowledge in all facets of food preparation and display, catering, food and knife safety and product ID.
As well, I have been a Training Manager for concepts as diverse as California Pizza Kitchen, Hamburger Hamlet and Sodexho USA.
I have a natural talent for cooking as well as being trained as a food service professional. I have always said "I can train anyone to cook" because I believe it is the understanding of techniques and procedures, not recipes, that lead to success in the kitchen.
