    After spending more than 15 years in the corporate world, I discovered a passion for personal training through my own journey of transformation. That journey led me to train for and compete in several triathlons, community sponsored 5k & 10k runs, long distance cycling, and adventure races. I am excited by helping others realize their potential & succeed at their goals through hard work, dedication to change, and above all developing positive attitudes to create positive changes.
