We stick to our estimates, and vary only for customer requested changes or additional requested work. Unforeseen situations can occur and are usually discussed before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions to determine how I can make the best recommendations based on the customers desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Elite Crete installer, and I am currently working with General Polymers to become Fully certified for their products also.
