Juan Carlos was extremely responsive to my questions. I had other workers doing other projects that would influence when he could do his work and he would check in on the progress without me having to reach out. He gave me suggestions based on his professional experience even beyond the scope of what I needed from him, and I am so thankful because I went with his advice and am so glad I did. The work was completed in a timely manner and was done well. I made changes throughout the project, and he was willing to make those changes and was extremely professional about it. Not only did my project turn out well, I learned a lot as he was willing to answer any questions I had.
