I had an excellent experience with Janilogic. They responded quickly to my maintenance request, communicated throughout the process, and kept me informed about the technician's arrival time.
Alex replaced the specialized ceiling fan light bulbs efficiently and completed the work professionally. When they discovered the fixture required specialty A15 candelabra bulbs rather than standard bulbs, they explained the additional cost after repair. I also appreciated that they gave me the exact bulb type for my maintenance records and future replacements.
Kristina was courteous, responsive, and made the entire process easy, including promptly providing a payment link and updating my contact information. Their customer service is outstanding, and their professionalism gives me confidence in using them again for future maintenance at my rental property.

Janilogic did an amazing job on my exterior light installation. I was looking to install flood motion lights that required wiring and a switch in stall. Alex was great! So professional! He made all the repairs, cleaned up after himself and even gave insight to probable causes of my issues. During the repairs, he comforted my dog who was upset because we’d placed him in the crate during the service call. What a gentleman!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are subject to the scope of work. Discounts may be available for anyone that is low-income, disabled, or a veteran.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction, I like to walk through the job request with the client to get a better understanding of their needs. After the walkthrough, I explain the work order and materials that are necessary to complete the job. Once the client understands the work order, I then explain the cost and time it will take. When the customer agrees to what I have presented them we move on to schedule a start date and estimated completion date. A progress report and photos are provided to the customer as requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a Realtor, Property Manager, and Home Improvement Contractor for over 5 years in Massachusetts. I've worked on small apartments, single-family homes, and large Class A commercial properties.
