I’m rating this way just because I had an appointment yesterday and he never showed up and I didn’t hear back until late that other projects were running past. Then I had another appointment today and it’s 25 minutes past and no word. I’m scheduling this work elsewhere. I get that it’s a weekend and a holiday weekend and I’m not trying to be bitchy but all I ask is if plans change let me know. We could have done an estimate on a more suitable day if needed. We all have things we have to get done and waiting around two days in a row without letting me know isn’t cool.
