- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, fair pricing and making sure customers understand the work before the job begins. Every project is different, so I provide free estimates based on the size of the job and the materials needed. I work hard to keep my prices reasonable while still delivering quality workmanship and attention to detail. My goal is to provide reliable service that customers feel good about investing in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by talking with the customer about the project and what they would like done. After that, I schedule a time to see the job in person if needed and provide a free estimate. Once everything is approved, we set a schedule that works for both sides. During the project, I focus on working efficiently, keeping the area clean, and making sure the work is completed the right way from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in home repair, remodeling, and improvement projects. Over time I have developed skills in drywall repair, painting, fixture installation, bathroom remodeling, and many other handyman services. I continue learning through real project experience and always focus on doing quality work that meets customer expectations.
