I was looking for a chef to come to our house to do a 1:1 cooking demo for my husband's birthday. Joe helped me plan the menu beforehand and was very accommodating of our diets! During our demo, Joe answered a ton of questions from my husband, who is passionate about cooking, and showed us how to break down a chicken, make a vegetable stock, how to brine meat, and how to put it all together for a soup. He cleaned up before he left, and we were left with an amazing dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday! Joe was prompt in his communication beforehand, on time, brought all of his own supplies plus food, and was extremely pleasant to talk with during our demo. We got a lot out of this experience - nothing I would change! Thank you Joe!!

First let me start off by saying i loooove working with Joe! As background, i just moved here with my fiance from Boston because of my new promotion requiring me to work a lot more hours. I also suffer with IBS while my fiance has family health issues effecting him with high chlestorol and high blood pressure. We both love eatting amazing food thats cooked well but with our new schedule here we just needed help in keeping our food schedule entact while potentially improving. Well Joe over delivered on that and sooo much more!! He worked me directly to come up with a perfect plan to meet my budget, he also was able to craft a delivery plan so all our meals are cooked, sectioned out and ready to be warmed up! Also he is totally open to any suggestions on what we like and dont like and adjusts the menus immediately accordingly. All of thats great your thinking, but what about the food?!...how does it taste? Well his food is amazing!!..its super creative and inventive, everyweek we get a completely different theme from the last week. For perspective, i am so super picky about all foods i eat and truely enjoy everything Joe prepares for you! Lastly, he is the sweetest nicest guy ever!! Such a wonderful guy to work with! Net-net if you have a chance to work with him pleaseeeee do!!! 10 -stars, off the chart!

Joe was our personal chef for our backyard wedding. The food was exceptional, seasonally perfect, and budget friendly. Every single guest raved about the food served at our dinner. His service was perfect. He was prompt, accommodating, friendly and created the perfect meal we had envisioned it to be.

I am currently studying for my Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and then on to my Certified Executive Chef (CEC)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working two jobs (office & restaurant). I immediately fell in love with the restaurant and enrolled in culinary school.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know what you want from your caterer. The more details that you can give about the event itself the smoother the event can be for both parties involved.
