Customer service was not up to par. I made the required deposit (on a Thursday) to begin the process to have my gutters and downspouts replaced. I was told that the crew had caught up and would come the beginning of the following week. After an entire week went by without anyone calling to inform me of a change, I called and was told that they would come the beginning of the next week if the weather permitted. They did not show up the beginning of the following week nor was I notified of a date they would begin the work. I called and asked for a refund of my deposit. They obliged. The communication for this company was unprofessional. I would not recommend them!
