So, we hired Brighter Image to come clean carpets on a home that we had just signed as lease to, that supposedly had already been cleaned. I had to do this as the owners/previous occupants had a dog and we expressed concern to the property manager that the carpets had indeed not been cleaned (at best only spot removal) and they refused to entertain out concerns numerous times. Even when stating I have a few family members coming in town that have extreme allergies to canines, I was assured the entire house was free of pet dander and dog hair. Not the case, so I called the most recommended carpet cleaning company I could find. From the very beginning the two gentlemen (Larry and his son) were very friendly, professional, and understood our concerns, as we had only been in the house for a day when we made initial contact. At that point I was frustrated with the entire situation, but that alleviated all of that, which derived from the filthy, nasty, unkempt carpet that was in the home. Jen, Larry's wife was amazing at setting up the appointment and so very helpful. We had told her that we jut moved in, our concerns, and that we did not have any of our household goods in the home as we are military and in the middle of a big move from overseas, so we would like, if possible to have them deep cleaned before our stuff was to be delivered. We called this past Tuesday AND they were out here THE NEXT DAY!!!! This is high season and the home is over 3400 SQ. FT. and they made it possible. Jerry showed us the filthiness that was pulled out of the carpet upstairs and downstairs from just VACUUMING!!!!! Let me remind you, that we had only taken occupancy for ONE day and we had not really even been in the house due to taking care of business on Bragg. The carpets now look amazing (although it is old carpet that is probably the original in the home) and a difference can clearly be seen. I can now walk on the carpet in my bare feet and not cringe. We are on blow up mattresses until our furniture is delivered and I don't feel dirty being that close to the carpet anymore. They pulled so much grit, sand, pet hair, dirt from those carpets that I can pretty much make the assertion that those carpets had not seen a cleaning like that in a VERY long time. They did not charge an arm and a leg for this fantastic and above expectations cleaning, which was a relief in itself during a stressful time, huge move where money is flying everywhere to get settled in after being out of country for many many years (oh and also because we should not have had to do this at move in). Jerry and his team come highly recommended from my family and I will use no one else the entire time were are stationed here. If you want a great deep clean on your carpets and you want professionalism go to this company and you will not regret it! Since I do not have my Mac right now I can not upload pictures of before and after (the "cleaned carpet VS the actual clean carpet from Brighter Image. I will update with those pictures in the future if I can on this site!!

It is not always best to choose a carpet cleaner based on price. Using a "budget" carpet cleaning company 9 times out of 10 turns out to be a bad experience and waste of your time and hard earned money.
