- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is base on the type of event, hours required for the event, and traveling distance. All pricing is reasonable, and I am willing to negotiate with customers to ensure the best possible outcome for the both of us..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If hired the customer is required to make contact within 48 hours to discuss details of the event and the payment arrangements. All financial transaction will go through Square.com. The customer will receive an invoice for a $25 deposit to secure the date of the event; this deposit is non-refundable. Another invoice will be sent one week before the event to secure half of the balance; the remaining balance is due at the end of the event. I am available around the clock to answer any question or concerns that the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several year of DJ experience along with sound engineer and production skills as well. I have taken several technology course that covers sound re enforcement and proper setting techniques.
