I was in need of a repair to my kitcen faucet. Brian immediately called and in less than 30 minutes he had sent pics of 3 brands of faucets to select from, purchased and then came to my home to install. The service fee of $100 was waived and he completed the repair in under an hour. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, transparent about the brands, styles, types and his area of expertise. Will be calling him again soon.
