I was in need of a repair to my kitcen faucet. Brian immediately called and in less than 30 minutes he had sent pics of 3 brands of faucets to select from, purchased and then came to my home to install. The service fee of $100 was waived and he completed the repair in under an hour. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, transparent about the brands, styles, types and his area of expertise.
