We start by scheduling a service appointment at a time that works best for you. During the visit, we diagnose the appliance, explain the issue, and provide a clear repair estimate. Once approved, we complete the repair or schedule a follow-up if parts are needed. We keep communication simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish.
