I had Mr. Huntz clean the carpets in our new house before we moved in. It took him approximately 21/2 hours to complete the job because of how thorough he is. His customer service is excellent . He is a very nice guy and was very understanding even when I had to reschedule a few times. He got out stains on my carpet that I thought would never come out. The carpet looks great!

I have nothing but praise for the We Care team and Al Huntz. He met with me quickly gave me an excellent quote, and performed the work exactly as he said he would. He and his team performed a deep cleaning on a 4,479 sq ft home that had been rented out for two years. The tenants had the home "cleaned" before they left, but it was an utter mess. Oven, fridge, insides of drawers, cabinets, were all left filthy. There were bugs and dog hair in all the window sills, pet urine stains all over the carpets in every room (which the tenant ha a carpet cleaner come and clean after moving out, but all the stains were still there and that company told me they wouldn't come up anymore in their opinion). We thought we were going to have to replace over 3,400 sq ft of carpeting! Al saved us a ton of money and aggravation by getting 99% of the stains up! Sooooo pleased! They also pressure washed the mildew off the side of the house, sidewalk, driveway and deck. The house smells great, looks great and it was a bargain for what we got! I can't recommend We Care highly enough. Courteous, friendly, professional and generally a nice guy! You won't be let down if you hire this company. Don't waste your money elsewhere. And all the work is guaranteed! If I find something not to my satisfaction ( which I can't imagine) he said just call and it will be taken care of! What customer service!! It's refreshing in this day and age to get this kind of service. I am one happy customer!

I had a great experience with Al! Al was able to come out to clean my apartment the day after I contacted him, and he was so nice and friendly! They did a great job cleaning my apartment -- my carpet still looks amazing! Would definitely use again and recommend to any friends who need a good cleaning! Thanks!!!

We had cleaning done on our house today, which included cleaning the carpeting. All the work was professional and in a timely manner. Al is very friendly,and pleasant. We had fun talking with him about our common connection to Cleveland Ohio. Al was on the site working along with his staff. We were most impressed with the way the carpet came out. We have long haired cats that frequently present us with "hair balls". He was able to get out all the stains and the carpet looks new again. I have already recommended his company to someone. Professional, courteous and a job well done. Al steam cleaned the carpeting in my rental home. He responded immediately. His quote was reasonable. He was punctual and the carpet looked amazing! I'm having him come to help me in my new home once I'm settled. Would highly recommend!
