- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects such as fences and decks are priced with a basic footage cost, and extras obviously add on to that cost. Simple home repairs generally have a minimum cost to cover the trip to the home and an hours labor. Most other projects require a bit more time to estimate material, labor, and operational costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet on site to understand the full scope of work involved and to provide the best price possible. We encourage everyone to openly communicate any questions or concerns as they arise, and we always do our best to answer and resolve them quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the FSU college of business. I've been building professionally for 10 years and I hold contractors licenses in both North and South Carolina
