- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing. Most small jobs have a minimum service fee, and larger projects are priced based on scope and time required. I always explain the cost upfront before starting any work. There are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple tasks done in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions and, if needed, request photos to understand the job. Then I provide an estimate or schedule a visit. Once we agree on the scope and price, I arrive on time, complete the work professionally, and clean up after the job is done. My goal is to make the process simple and stress-free for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in home repairs, including plumbing fixtures, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and painting. I continuously improve my skills by working on real projects and following professional best practices to deliver quality results.
