From start to finish, Charlie delivered a level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and care that’s increasingly rare in the remodeling world. Charlie is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure the final result is something you’ll be proud of. He listened closely to what I wanted, offered smart suggestions when they would improve the design or save money, and kept me informed throughout every stage of the project. The communication was clear, consistent, and honest. This is exactly what you want when someone is working on your home. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My kitchen looks incredible: clean lines, precise installation, thoughtful finishing touches, and a level of workmanship that shows real pride. IPR did an absolute phenomenal job on my project! From start to finish, Charlie and his crew was professional, skilled, and incredibly detailed with his craftsmanship. I had several issues with a previous contractor. He took the time to assess the situation, offer solutions and made sure everything was done correctly. He was true to his word when other set back surfaced and was key to getting my project back on track and completed. The final results exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a someone who takes true pride in his work and reliable, I highly recommend Charlie. I will definitely be hiring him again!

Innovation owner, is a nice polite gentleman. Innovation remodeled my kitchen, half bath and one of my full baths, painted just about my whole house and laid laminate on the whole upstairs area. I like the work and the price was about $9000 less than most estimates I got. I will give his work a 7.5 out of 10. The reason for not giving it a 10 is simply because the project took extremely too long due to him not having enough help and not coming some days and not being accountable for his employees work. I would definitely use him again but for smaller projects. Again the work itself was a 8.
