This is why 3 stars. I hired him and asked if that included taking out the old MW. Yes it did. He came- he doesn't speak ANY English. Wish I was told that. He didn't even offer to do a translator on his phone. I let him start. And the entire time he is talking- apparently on his phone as it was in Russian. I had to ask him to put something on my glass oven so if he dropped something it wouldn't break. He didn't understand or shook his head. I got cardboard and covered. Alot of talking the entire time, which is either unprofessional as he maybe doesn't know what to do. I don't know. Then all done, and he finally gets the translator out when I was asking a question. Now he gets it out. Then he asks if I want the box. No- I asked for removal = he said ok. He left and I walk in and he left a large bracket here now for me to dispose of.
