- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $65/hour with a 2-hour minimum. For certain projects, pricing varies—for example, painting is $2 per square foot. I also offer flat rates and can work within customer budgets to provide the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your project and making sure we’re aligned on the details. Once we agree on scope and price, I require 50% up front and the rest at completion. This keeps things clear and fair for both of us. From there, I focus on communication, respect for your home, and quality results you can trust
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on work has been my best training. I’ve spent years learning proper prep, application, and repair techniques through real projects, which taught me how to handle different surfaces and challenges
