Vlad was very responsive while so many associates and handy-folks can be uber-slow with their response times, which is a HUGE turn-away in the bizz while I scramble to seek someone else ... Mind you, he's qualified and does good timely work. Also, he quickly helped me diagnose which breaker was the correct one for the job in replacing a busted worn-out Badger sink garbage disposal versus me having go up and down a flight of stairs, being disabled sucks – having a handyman to call once in awhile is a good resource, Vlad is your guy to get it done !! - PROS: Timely, Went above and beyond, knowledgeable, disabled friendly. - CONS: Not much.
