Great attitude, great service! However, I realized later that the cleaning agents that were used were not something that are typically used to pressure wash a home..but we were told that they have always used those products. Just make sure to talk to Jon before hand so you understand what will be used.

Mr. Christie and his crew have done an exceptional job on the Value Place Hotel here in Gastonia, NC. The replace drywall and flooring three of my rooms and pressure washed the entire building. When I need anything in the future Im calling them out. Thnx Mr. Christie...Natoya

He did a good job! We had a plumbing problem that created a water damage in our kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed the leakage and repaired the ceiling! We are quite satisfied with the work!

We had some water damage recently. We were very pleased with the job Lee and Brian did at our home. They repaired a hole in the ceiling that was damaged from water, repainted the ceiling and installed new tile in a bathroom. They also installed new tile in a small area in our basement. They were polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The quote Jon gave us was very reasonable. We will be using their services again, for sure!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First item would be to give a free estimate and talk to the customer to see what exactly they are looking for. Then once I have a good understanding of what they are looking for I give them an estimate for the work and also let them know if they have other issues that need to be addressed in that estimate. From that point on we would wait on the customer to let us know if they would like to move forward and set a date that works for both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of hands on industry training in New York and I have now brought my work experience to Charlotte.
