FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I work with individuals - as well as small and large business, I negotiate fees for services with each of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having an initial free consultation over the phone or in person. Gaining a sense of what that person is looking for/needs, answering any questions they might have, and if it seems a good fit, sharing information about myself and the services I provide that would fall in line with what they are looking for. If we both feel good about moving forward, we set up our initial coaching session, and I'll send them some questions to answer to help set the stage for a successful first coaching session. There is plenty of give and take in the coaching process, as goals, expectations, and outcomes are established from the outset. It can be a highly enjoyable, empowering, and productive process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
