- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that pricing can depend on the size of the project, the type of furniture or carpet, and any special treatments needed. I also offer discounts for multiple items or repeat customers, and I always explain any additional fees upfront so there are no surprises :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by inspecting the furniture or carpet, recommend the best approach, perform the cleaning, and ensure the customer is pleased with the outcome
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training through the IICRC as an Upholstery Fabric Technician, which gave me the skills and knowledge to clean and maintain different types of fabrics safely and effectively.
