CGC Home Services provides water treatment, plumbing, and air purification for homeowners across North & South Carolina. As a 4th-generation family business founded in 1946, we pair decades of experience with personal service and solutions tailored to your home.
As an authorized independent Kinetico® dealer, we install water softeners, whole-home water filtration, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems. Carolina well water and city water often bring iron, mineral buildup, and unpleasant tastes or odors. We help you understand your water and choose the right system.
We offer free in-home water testing, water softener maintenance and repair, and salt delivery.
Our plumbing team handles leak repair, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, tankless water heaters, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals.
We also offer air purification to improve your home’s indoor air quality.

Our CGC Water/Kinetico service tec/plumber, Joe Williams is ALWAYS up for a challenge. He not only handles all the service on our whole house unit, Iron removal system, tannin system & water softener..... but he has tackled various plumbing issues & now is brain-storing on a very perplexing "over-current" trip issue!! Never gives up!!Great company, great service!
