Sandy is a wonderful yoga instructor - her classes flow very well, she shows great adjustments when necessary, and no one takes themselves too seriously.

Sandys classes are great! I feel much more relaxed and in better shape. I go one to two times per week and it's a great way to meet such nice people!

I thoroughly enjoy the relaxation, peace and positive energy that I feel when experiencing one of Sandy's yoga classes at THE RETREAT. We are moving so fast in today's world and it is a treat to slow down and breathe. Sandy makes the newcomers feel so welcome and we all have fun.

Sandy is a wonderful and caring yoga instructor. Learn to breathe, relax, strengthen your body, mind and spirit. Gain confidence, and enjoy yourself! Small classes with individual attention and times to suit your needs!

Sandy gets to know her students so she can instruct modifications if necessary as well as cater the class to any specific areas students request to be worked on that day. I always leave feeling recharged!
