A friend made me go to my first class and i have never regretted it. Sandy is a great instructor and life coach.

Sandy gets to know her students so she can instruct modifications if necessary as well as cater the class to any specific areas students request to be worked on that day. I always leave feeling recharged!

Outstanding instructor who understands the unique levels of each student and works with them to accomplish their goals. Try her approach and watch how you are able to do things you never dreamed of in the past. Would recommend Sandy to anyone who only wants an exceptional Yoga experience.
