Introduction: The following are highlights of of our experience: * Ten years of experience in planning * Scheduling and coordinating work activities of a multidisciplinary workforce in a supervisory capacity, performing facility operations and maintenance functions including grounds removal * Experience with maintenance repairs and operation systems in addition to monitoring qualities and completeness of cleaning tasks * Communications of periodic cleaning project updates and progress and address problem areas that need attention Final insurance of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies are available on-site to furnish the required level of services contracted. Under general as well as minimum supervision, we perform cleaning assignments on assigned areas of a 41,000-square-foot building. These areas include, but are not limited to, offices -- front area, break room and restroom, kids area as well as cafe. The individual will receive instruction on the proper use of the equipment, such as wet-dry and vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaning machines, floor buffers and other necessary cleaning equipment. As part of the daily cleaning, the maintenance personnel will empty trash containers and replenish soiled or ripped bags. We do dusting of all vents as well as ceiling fans. The building maintenance personnel are not to use customers' computers or phones in the performance of assigned duties. We also maintain a 20,000-square-foot building doing vacuuming, carpet cleaning and dusting, but these are not limited to offices, as well as services of restrooms and doctors offices. We clean window treatments, both interior and exterior. We do general maintenance of over 50 classrooms and also includes library, cafe, computer rooms, and six restrooms; these are not limited to staff offices. We are providing a janitorial service, window treatments (interior as well as exterior), mopping and waxing of floors.
