Tim is a phenomenal trainer and awesome person. I trained with Tim for about two months and never felt healthier or more confident than when I was following his plan. Errick works you hard and encourages clean eating. IT WORKS. I lost weight, toned muscle and am stronger than I can ever remember. If I hadn't moved to a new city, I would keep training with him for as long as possible. There aren't enough good things to say. Tim is truly invested in your personal success. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices will encourage you to stay on track. You set goals together and work hard to reach them. This isn't just some one-size-fits-all program... He will learn your limits and strengths as you train and push you as hard as he knows YOU can go. He does it all with a smile and energy that make you want to push through that one last rep to make him proud. He switches up your routine constantly so you never get bored or tired of the same old thing. He's also a genuinely good person and cares about his athletes. You won't be just another client passing through. I could go on and on about how amazing he is, but long story short: If you want to train with a genuinely awesome person who is invested in reaching your personal goals, train with Tim. You WILL get results and you will NOT regret it.

I have been working with Mr. Timm since March of last 2015 year, so this review is very over due. I was looking for a trainer to help me get back in shape and I tried everyone. I am not going to name drop but I will say after working with Mr. Timm I know what a real trainer is suppose to do for. When I first approached Mr. Timm he had just did a bodybuilding show and he asked me what was my goals and he will keep them realistic for me. I was at 5’6 278lbs and my health was horrible, after he sat me down and gave me goals each month to get to as well as showed me how to eat and count calories to help burn more weight and most of all it has been a blast he is always excited and willing to go that extra mile “LITERAL” for his clients. Now from 1 year of working out 4-5x a week a healthier diet and a plan made for me I am: -163 lbs with a shape -My blood pressure is gone -I feel better -I look better -My husband love the new confident me Mr. Timm has change my life as well as my husband whom was in the BCP program and hurting in his career, to lose weight put on some good muscle and pass all test 1st in class as well as built his confidence that in return we both feel save his job and got him meritorious promoted to Sergeant in the Marine. Tim Gaskin is a professional above everything. I came to him seeking a program to add a few pounds of muscle, and my desired results were exceeded. Tim went far beyond my expectations as a trainer. He met with me to create a meal plan and that same day gave me a tailored workout plan that fit my goals and lifestyle. He was genuinely interested in my progress and went out of his way to help me reach my goal. Overall health is a great guy that you can trust and is full of positive energy.

Give yourself a gift, actually the greatest gift you are likely to give yourself, and stop reading my review and call Tim immediately. since you are looking at reviews, you are getting serious about changing your life. Tim will be your partner in that change. Tim's approach is total immersion. he changes the workout every time, makes it fun (even at 5am), and is engaged and interested in you as a human being. He supports you during the day with text messages and phone calls. Seriously, calling him will be the best move you can make if you are serious about changing your life for the better. I hope to see you in the gym...

Tim is nothing short of a force of nature. I love that each session is totally different from the last so that I never get bored or fall into a rut. Tim kicks my butt and keep me smiling while doing it. He is full of great advice and helpful suggestions and is watching every minute of the session making needed corrections or finessing the exercise to my individual needs. If you are looking for a trainer, you can NOT do better than Tim!
