- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair and accurate pricing based on the individual job or project. Discounts are offered on lawns if we can agree to a seasonal arrangement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a potential customer contacts me, we discuss the requested work and I will provide an estimate. If the customer agrees I will complete the work and payment would be required upon completion unless other arrangement have been made. For grass cutting customers, monthly billing is available. My number one goal is customer satisfaction. I want you to be happy with the care of your lawn and or your completed project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was national director of operations for an agricultural tech company. I’m working on a bachelors degree in business administration and I have many years of professional and personal lawn care and landscape experience.
