What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pressure washing pricing in based on 10-15 cents x the square feet on the home for the home only. All other exterior cleaning can be discussed and usually added to the job site with a savings with bundling various areas of washing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Confirm a fair market price, arrive on time, discuss add on's, walk the property if the customer desires and discuss the process that is about to take place, take out hoses and equipment for the job and wash the discussed areas. When the washing is done we ask the customer to review the work and when pleased with the work we get paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and Training has come from years of hand's on experience from washing over 1500 properties
