FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the size and complexity of your website. On Thumbtack, most web design projects range from about $600 to $1,800, and my pricing stays within that same competitive range. Basic sites are on the lower end, while custom designs, advanced features, or larger sites fall higher. I’m transparent about costs up front, so there are no surprise fees, and I offer flexible packages depending on how many pages or features you need. I also occasionally offer discounts for small businesses, startups, or bundled services. If you already know your budget, I can usually tailor the project to fit it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We talk. I get to know your business, goals, and what kind of site you need. 2. I plan it out. I map the pages, features, and overall style. 3. I design it. You see the visuals, give feedback, and we tweak until it feels right. 4. I build it. Fast, clean, responsive, and ready to convert. 5. We launch. You approve everything, and your new site goes live. 6. I support you. Need updates or changes? I’m here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m completely self-taught in web design and web development, having learned through years of hands-on work, real projects, and constantly adapting to new technologies. I also spent years working for a bank and several creative agencies, where I served as a marketing director, web developer, and web designer. That experience gave me a strong understanding of both the creative and business sides of building effective websites—everything from branding and UX to strategy, conversions, and performance
