- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I continue to stay updated with CCE's every 3 months through the NFPT.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At one point in my life I was severely over weight and out of shape. I started exercising and enrolled in the National Federation Personal Trainer Course and started learning new things and applying them. Before I knew it I had lost 50 lbs. and committed to a lifestyle change. I was very proud of myself and I wish to share this with others.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is certified, enthusiastic and insured.
