- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to make contact so we can discuss what exact service is needed. I also do a walk through when I first arrive to confirm what needs to be done, and I make sure to set the expectations for the results so my customers are fully aware of what to expect before the job is started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by IICRC, unlike many carpet cleaner's I did attend training and have been certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to become my own boss and this is a good way to stay fit and provide great service for great customers.
