- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer at their home and together we come up with a plan to tackle the issues at hand, explain reasonable expectations and set weekly goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPDT- KA, AKC CGC, Various continuing education seminars including those presented by Dr Ian Dunbar and Ken Rameriz. I also take courses through the Pet Professional Guild to stay up to date on the latest scientific positive based training methods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of animals and rescue dogs.
