Javi tackled a punch list of about 15 items in my new home including: electrical, plumbing, new locks and general carpentry. He was quick, responsive and patient with my questions. He’s professional and punctual. He really goes above and beyond and even made a Lowe’s run when he needed another part. He’s honest and ethical. We had Javi come over on Friday evening to provide us a quote. He did so within 10 minutes and then was able to come early Saturday morning. He did an excellent job caulking, adding grout, fixing our shower, and making sure our doors latch. We had others tell us it would take all day but he did it in 2 hours! We plan to hire him again for our new house.
