Nikita did an amazing job with our fan repair turned replacement. He messaged me back immediately when I sent a request and was available the next day. He spent about an hour trying to repair/balance our outdoor fan that was very loud and loose. He took it completely apart and found the fan was past repair. He swiftly went to Lowe’s and got us the same exact fan and installed it perfectly! Thank you so much!!
