I had big dreams until I called this individual, he kept my hopes alive but never kept his word as promised. I made repeated phone calls with never a return call, when he did answer all I got was excuses. He never shows as promised and always says it will be the next day. I initiated my call to him because of the reviews on thumbtack, I guess the first couple reviews were friends and family, I would not recommend his services because I don't know what kind of work he does since he never came to complete what he said he could do. Customer service means the world, especially when you run a business

Responsive, punctual, nice and competitively priced. I also like the fact that this is an owner/operator business - meaning the owner is directly involved and not just directing a crew (that perhaps doesn't care as much) to do the work.
