- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are in constant study to improve their fitness knowledge, ability to use neqwer equipment and staying up-to-date on the latest research in fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began training in boxing, and when I learned the incredible condition that was required or an athlete to purchase paid in boxing it made me want to learn more about fitness. My first personal trainer certification was in 19 90 eight and we have never looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common requests are for weight loss and muscle toning. Interesting enough, we teach them there is really no such thing as "Toning". Your muscle can do one of three things. It can grow, atrophy or remain the same. A proper fitness program will address helping the muscles grow while burning off excess fat.
