At Zenas Custom LLC, we believe in transparent and competitive pricing. Here's what you should know: Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates so you know what to expect before any work begins. No Hidden Fees: Our quotes are clear and upfront — no surprise charges or hidden costs. Customized Pricing: Every home is different. We tailor our pricing based on the scope of the project, materials selected, and square footage. Package Discounts: We offer discounts for multi-room or whole-home tile projects. Military & Senior Discounts: We proudly offer special pricing for veterans, active-duty military, and seniors. We aim to provide quality tile work at a fair price, with honesty and craftsmanship at the core of what we do. I have to estimate before giving price. I do require 50% up front 50% on completion.

On-Site Assessment: We schedule a visit to your home or project site to take measurements, evaluate the space, and discuss design options, materials, and budget. Detailed Estimate: Based on the assessment, we provide a detailed, written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost. Design & Material Selection: We guide you through selecting tile, marble, or other materials that fit your style and needs. We’re happy to offer recommendations based on experience and current trends. Scheduling & Prep: Once the estimate is approved, we schedule your project and ensure all materials are ordered and ready. We also provide prep instructions to make the installation process go smoothly. Installation: Our skilled team handles the installation with precision, cleanliness, and care. We keep communication open throughout the process to ensure everything is on track. Final Walkthrough: After completion, we walk you through the finished work to make sure you're 100% satisfied. At Zenas Custom LLC, our team brings years of hands-on experience and professional training in tile installation, stonework, and custom design. Our background includes: Over 21 years of experience working on residential and commercial tile and marble projects of all sizes. Specialized training in waterproofing systems, grout and adhesive technology in tile setting materials.
