We have now found our forever plumber! Easy to make an appt and excellent communication ahead of time regarding when he (Joe) would be at my house. Joe is the owner, and was not only a personable guy, but was great at sharing knowledge with me as he worked through the process of finding out where there was a possible clog in the pipes. I know SO much more now about how the plumbing in my house works, and what things I should be on the lookout for in terms of maintenance.Lastly- his charges are what you would expect from your old time, local plumber. No add on mystery service charges, no scare tactics as to things that might go wrong that you should replace now. No ongoing phone sales tactics to buy some maintenance plan for hundreds of dollars a year (I am looking at you Sutton Brothers!).Just a local guy who owns his own business and treats people as he would treat his own family. It is hard to find these non-corporate businesses anymore. Really hard. But now we have our guy.I cant recommend this local business enough. Call him and feel good that this type of business still exists. I am glad that there are still Joes out there in this world.Update 8/19/2026: Still fantastic! Dylan came out this week and we reviewed all kinds of things and he was so thorough with checking everything. Price was very fair as well- no unexpected charges.We are getting our home ready to sell and he thoroughly answered all my questions about plumbing issues that are worrying me. He was very sure to make sure I had all the information I needed before he left. He was not in a rush, took his time, and he was also very personable as well. Still my forever plumber!One last thing: yeah to Chrissy for being so wonderful with setting up the appointment! She is fast, efficient, and so nice. She got Dylan out to us right away.

!!!! Cardinal Plumbing has completed a long list of upgrades at my home and has always gone above and beyond. New Toliets, shower setups and most recently a new gas hot water heater when ours started leaking and needed replacing.One of their plumbers was here for an entirely other issue and even noticed that a pressure regulator for the entire house had failed causing issues with other items in the house. They made sure it was replaced and tested. We had no idea what had caused a few issues and they tracked it down no problem.Joe and his team are professional, on time and great with communication. Pricing is fair and the work is the highest quality. They have shown up and helped out with more than a few plumbing emergencies after hours and always make sure to go above and beyond.

I called Cardinal Plumbing because we had gas leaks. Once those leaks had neen repaired by HVAC, Piedmont told me to call a plumber to repair a valve in our water heater. I called Cardinal Plumbing. I had never used that company before because I always had a home warrenty contract, which I learned are just a scam! They try to get out of paying out any money for a repair. Anyway, Cardinal came to our home to make repairs. It came to pass that we did not need a repair. Cardinal told us that we did not need that repair done and did not want to take a tip for something that most other companies would have charged me for. He showed me how to find my warrenty for the water heater so that I do not have to pay for warrenty covered items!! We had so much going this week but Cardinals Plumbing came in and made everything alright. I love them. I will call Cardinal Plumbing when there is an issue at my house everytime!

We had to replace our old garbage disposal. So, I went to Home Depot, & got a new one. I needed someone to help install it. I wasnt aware that I needed a power cord. When Jaylen came out with Cardinal plumbing, he had to drive 15 miles & back to a supplier to get one. At first he was going to pick up a Badger unit, & I was going to have to return my unit to H/depot. But, instead he called me from the supplier & told me we could use the unit I already bought. Jaylen, did an excellent job getting our garbage disposal installed. We were very satisfied with the excellent service we received. Also, I called yesterday to make the appointment. And, they were able to come out the same day to fix my issue. Christie the dispatcher booked my appointment, & she called me & told me Jaylen would arrive within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Cardinal plumbing, & plan on using them again in the future. Bruce C.
