- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All if my fees are fair and I promise to over achieve your expectations. I am looking for monthly basis costumers, however hourly or flat rate work is fine also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers and fully understand their needs. We can discuss expectations and agree on our role as your business IT service.

I am certified and trained in every aspect of networking, desktop and server support, printer repair, and much more.
