- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set standard pricing for private lessons and standard board and trains, but the durations of those can vary. Pricing for any of my specialties is dependent on the dog and his/her needs. I also offer a 15% discount for each additional dog you wish to have trained:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For obedience, I’ll have a conversation with a new customer about what their goals for their dog is and go from there. For other training, I have an in-depth evaluation in order to see the dog and get as much information from the customer as I can in order to create the best plan for the dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took part in the Paws4people service dog training program while I was attending UNC-Wilmington, and I also received certification in Puppy Development through the same organization. I also have a Master Dog Trainer certification from Highland Canine where I graduated in the top of my class with honors. Other education: -Dog CPR & First Aid
