Absolutely felt taken care of by Bruce. Never late. He stopped to take time to explain anything I was confused or concerned of. He communicated constantly.
Any type of issue that came up ( we have a house built in 1911 and many issues came up!) he had options and solutions for us.
He finished our remodel right on time. We asked at the beginning of the year if we could host Thanksgiving dinner and he made it happen.
He followed up for over a year to see if everything was good. I actually got tired of him!!!
I hire him for smaller jobs now and he never disappoints.
My wife and I consider him a part of the family.
