- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize each price and experience per home. Most regular cleans and initial cleans will have a flat price point. Move in/move out cleans are priced at $200 for up to 4 hours and require a 50% discount to book. After 4 hours, that rate drops to $40/hr. We do offer different price points and occasional discounts for more or less frequent cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have you fill out a quote form online. We will review that and get back to you within 24. After that, we will put together an estimate via Square and email it to you. If you choose to accept, we send you a digital copy of our Client Agreement for Services to review. Once all of that is completed and you decide to start services, we will give you a few options in our schedule. On your initial clean, we may bring up to three people; as most initial cleans require more scrubbing and more woman-power. Before we leave, we will discuss if you’d like to be a regularly scheduled client and sign our contract with you that locks in your service. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have no formal training, I am a mom to four kids and cleaning up after them is a job in itself. We have been in business for nearly a year now and currently service 8 clients on a regular schedule, have many deep cleans (move in/move outs) per month. We even travel to Myrtle Beach twice per year to clean a client’s condo!
