Had a 2pm meeting time set in Charlotte. Called at 1:28pm to confirm. Had not left Lexington, NC for Charlotte yet so they had already planned on being late. Agreed on 2:30pm, they finally drove up at 2:50pm. After looking around some, went back to the truck to give me an estimate. Truck had a flat tire. I was completely ignored while they attempted to change their tire (they failed at that by the way). I finally gave them some flat tire repair fluid and sent them on their way.
