Renee has been SO helpful in our trip planning. She is eager to provide info & you can tell she truly has a passion for it. She has gone above & beyond (well into the wee hours of the overnight) to ensure my questions were answered & I was fully taken care of. Above all she gives you the time and space you need for decision making. Nothing involves pressure, like working with an old friend! We would absolutely use her service again in the future! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services we offer are complimentary. Intricate itineraries, large group bookings, and flights are typically the only places you will find the small fees. Any additional costs associated with your trip would be discussed / mentioned upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like getting to know my clients. I understand that every person, couple, and group will have a different idea of their 'perfect' vacation, and I won't know what that is without listening to their specific wants and needs. I am very open, upfront, and transparent with my clients. I do not like (unwanted) surprises and I know my clients don't either!
