Anton did a wonderful job with our plumbing issues. He is thorough and honest and does not try to sell you on work not needed but gives you realistic expectations on work that may be needed in future. He ensures his work is right and he honours his commitment and shows up when he says he will.

Astral plumbing responded to my inquiry after 6:00 on a Friday, came, and fixed the issue the same day. They tried repair job before a full replacement to try and save me money, which I really appreciated as it even up costing him time in the end when it couldn't be repaired.

Anton responded promptly to my request for an estimate to repair a leak at my washer water valves. He arrived quickly, explained the issue clearly, and offered several options to address the problem, allowing me to choose the solution that worked best for my budget. His pricing was fair, and he stayed well into the evening to make sure the job was completed properly.
Anton was pleasant, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. He cleaned the work area before leaving and even temporarily closed the drywall, which I really appreciated. He also pointed out another plumbing issue that isn't urgent but should be addressed in the future, taking the time to explain how it could affect my plumbing system. I found his advice very informative and helpful.
I'm looking forward to working with Anton again in the near future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable plumber.

Anton was great! I wanted to maintain my new water heater so asked him to come and do a flush, clean and check and he did a great job. He explained everything to me, and also checked my water pressure and plumbing in the house to make sure everything looked good. He gave me some good advice on how to maintain my plumbing system which I really appreciated. His work was quick and thorough and I’ll be using Astra Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Anton was wonderful to work with! He responded quickly to my on-line inquiry. We scheduled for the very next day (a Saturday). He arrived early to our appointment. He explained everything to me and worked out a quote quickly. He was very organized and tidy. Before Anton left he made sure to remove any trash and clean up the work area. He was even able to offer a referral for a handyman to replace the cabinet floor that had severe water damage. It was a pleasure having Anton complete this project for my husband and I. I know I have at least two more projects for Anton. I have a great deal of confidence knowing he will handle them with the same care and proficiency he has already demonstrated. ~ Thank you Anton!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Every job is unique, so we provide a clear, upfront estimate based on the scope of work. We'll explain the problem, discuss your options, and make sure you know exactly what to expect before work begins. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation about your plumbing issue. We'll ask a few questions or request photos if needed. If an on-site visit is required, we'll schedule a convenient appointment, inspect the problem, explain our findings, and discuss your repair or replacement options. Before any work begins, you'll receive a clear, upfront estimate. Once the job is complete, we'll test the completed work, clean up the work area, and make sure you're completely satisfied before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
