Michael was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Im literally just a girl , so I really appreciated that he took the time to break down what was going on with my plumbing in a way that I could actually understand and explained my options for getting it resolved.I ultimately needed a new water heater, but since it couldnt be replaced the same day, Michael still went above and beyond to make sure my water pressure was fixed because it was dangerously high. I really appreciate all of his hard work, honesty, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone needing plumbing services!

This company was first rate. From the initial call to see about service and through installation. Perfect. Called late Saturday afternoon and the guy showed up here Monday morning to do work. Installation couldnt have been smoother and was trouble free. The new water heater looks great and they updated all the features so I can meet current codes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very happy with the work that was done. I initially called them out to clear a line that ran to our washer machine. They did a good job explaining our different options when it came to fixing the problem. Additionally, they did a free inspection of the rest of our house where they ultimately found two leaking toilets, one of which was leaking into the ceiling (could have been a real problem in the future). Very professional and definitely know what they're doing. Thank you Copperhead Plumbing for being trustworthy.
